Abstract

|
The increasing frequency of liver injuries has made surgeons become more interested in the prompt
and intelligent management and excellent results. As various diagnostic methods and treatment have
been attempted, newer ideas and better results were obtained in recent years.
Especially in the field of military surgery, the number of penetrating liver injuries seem to be
increasing because of the use of weapons and various kinds of activities. Here 67 cases of liver
injuries are presented with its clinical study and the literatures were reviewed, and the problems in
surgical therapy were discussed.
